1. First meeting
- Meet in home (or virtually) with owners to walk through house and discuss project scope
- Review owner’s vision for the project
- Offer initial feedback and design ideas to explore
- Discuss any project timeline goal and budget ranges

2. Design Agreement
- Present design agreement including design fees and expectations

4. Conceptual Design
- Present conceptual design schemes along with asbuilts
- Present, review and explore each concept with owner
- Receive initial owner feedback
- Select a final direction for design (might be single concept or sometimes elements from each concept)

5. Design Development
- Present developed design
- Scope and design intent are clearly outlined in documents
- Owner to engage general contractor for project costing
6. Selection Process
- Educate owner on selection process (fixture and finishes) Upon request
It was invaluable to have these design drawings as I went to showrooms. I knew square footages, fixture quantities and dimensions.
